Sprout glass, 500ml with sieve lid and stainless steel frame.

Directions:

1. Fill 1 packet (50 g) of PepUpLife sprout seeds into the sprout jar.

Screw on the sieve lid and rinse the grains thoroughly. Then fill half with lukewarm water. Leave to stand at room temperature for approx. 6-8 hours (or overnight).

2. Empty the water and place the glass with the sieve facing down on the rack.

3. Rinse well twice a day, then place the glass back on the frame.

4. After 3 to 5 days the sprouts will be ready. If not consumed immediately, store in the refrigerator for a maximum of 2 days.
