Delivery time:

We will ship your package within 1-3 business days.

For Austria: Delivery time between 2 and 7 business days

For Germany/Switzerland and other countries: Delivery time between 3 and 9 business days

We only ship refrigerated goods until Wednesday to avoid the package sitting at the post office over the weekend. Our refrigerated products (Schnal'z and Past'Eh-te) are generally free of animal ingredients and therefore require very little refrigeration.
