Thanks to gentle drying at 42°C, the sprouts have raw food quality.
In addition to the main ingredient, sprouts, we have mixed high-quality organic oat flakes and organic dried fruits. Of course, you can refine your muesli with fresh fruit or other dried fruits.
Just use plant drinks or something else for the porridge. Let it steep for a while - if you're in a hurry, just a few minutes, others like it longer, maybe even leave it overnight. Try what you like or like best.
Of course everything is organic and without added sugar or any artificial substances.
