For preparation in a sprout jar:
This is how it works: Pour 50g (approx. 3 heaped tablespoons) into the sprout jar and rinse thoroughly. Fill with water and leave to stand at room temperature for approx. 8 hours. Then remove water. Place the glass with the sieve facing down. Rinse twice a day and allow to germinate for approx. 2-3 days. Then either eat the sprouts raw or blanch them briefly. Store remaining sprouts in the refrigerator for a maximum of 2 days.
Every germinating seed is unique in its kind. A mix of several varieties contributes to a varied and balanced diet. A healthy lifestyle is important.
Sprouts are not “sleeping” grains, but rather growing vegetables. It couldn't be fresher!
